Class Description

Course Objective
To enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in identifying, analyzing and mitigating risks. In addition, the course will enhance the participants’ ability to scan the environment, business processes and help them to design or prescribe appropriate internal control systems.

• Evaluation of the major risks & key areas of concern that exist in financial institutions
• Assessment of levels of risk in own organizations
• Devising of detective & preventive controls appropriate to own environment
• Risk management policy and strategy
• Use of value at risk as risk framework measurement
• Risk impacts of E-Commerce & internet banking
